Buyers Contract

-Have puppy vet checked within one week

-Provide routine preventative care and do annual examinations by a licensed Veterinarian

-Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccination, deworming and flea control

- If buyer for some reason can not provide proper care of puppy(dog) ever in it's lifetime, will NOT put puppy/dog in shelter and will instead return dog to breeder. (No monies shall be returned)

_Puppy is a companion/pet, not a breeder. (if you are intrested in breeding, must follow guidelines put in place by seller)

-Puppy ever in their lifetime can not be resold or given away without breeder first being notified and approving new family. 

-Puppy can NOT be bought for a 3rd party, or for a friend. We will not risk our puppies ending up in a puppy mill. If discovered that this has happened legal action will be taken and we will take the puppy/dog back. 

- All deposits are nonrefundable and go towards purchase price.

-Balance must be paid in full at the time you receive puppy.

-Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of buyer.
